Translation
I decided it was best to translate my first post to English and French, having my potential foreign readers in mind.
We'll see if I change the whole blog into English upon arrival, it depends whether or not I get any complaints of using Swedish.
So, Sofia also decided to start blogging. Maybe a few years late, but better late than never!
On an indefinite period of time I will live, work, party, eat, shop, socialize, run and have a life in a new city for me - London.
After about six years of studies my student loan started to dry up and I felt a bit too old for the studentlife of Lund. I am grateful and happy to travel to new adventures, even if the life as a student often was a bed of roses.
The situation is not unique for me, I did it all before, I have experienced a new city, new friends, a new environment and a new life several times over the years. This time, however, the gravity is superior, I climb my first step on the career ladder to hopefully continue!
I want to write about London, about the cultural differences, about experiences and my daily life. I am a woman of many thoughts and I will perhaps convey some of these on my blog. Areas of interest to me are languages, marketing, international economics and foreign policy but I can also be superficial and write about fashion, cooking, travels, parties and other happenings. We'll see how ambitious I will become when everyday life starts.
Less than two weeks now before departure. There is a lot on my mind and many people I have to leave in Sweden that I will miss very much. But London is close!
